Specializing in large scale commercial carpet and upholstery, we understand the unique business needs of our marketplace. The fabric we care for represents a major investment for the facility, so our clients need more than just a “clean feeling”. You need to be sure you are getting a professional job done at the best commercial rate available while keeping your clients happy.

We work around your schedule to avoid disturbing your business process, whether that means we work early mornings, late nights or on slower weekdays.

Systems used are Dry Fusion and hot water extraction, the “gold standard” of the industry, as well as GLS Crystal Dry for ongoing maintenance. We can perform deep cleaning on carpeting, upholstered furniture, draperies or vinyl and ceramic flooring. Our systems are ideal for hotels, large office buildings, hospitals, schools/universities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, apartment complexes, and airport facilities. By extending the useful life of the fabric, we help protect a sizable investment.

Our full time staff has years of experience in the business. Since there is no single perfect way to clean all types of carpet, we take advantage of several different types of cleaning techniques. We choose the most widely recommended cleaning processes that match your facility's needs the closest. In fact, there are times we use three different methods in one building, based on the needs.

We continue to update our skills with frequent seminars, articles and lectures on carpet construction, fabric care and innovative new techniques at industry trade shows before the general public is aware of them. Jennings & Son Ltd are a professional fabric-cleaning group that aims to give total satisfaction, by way of Guarantees. We use only the most up-to-date Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Equipment together with totally effective Cleaning Chemicals, supplied by one of the Countries leading manufacturers.  

As a company, we do not, like most other companies in the carpet cleaning field add on extra costs once a quotation has been made. Our quotations include such things as suitable deodorises, carpet re-texturing, bacteria treatments against such things as fungal, algae and mildew growth or even static electricity removal.  

We can also offer a Highlight Maintenance Programme. With this programme ‘We promise to keep your Carpets looking clean. The carpet will never appear soiled'. The strength and uniqueness of the programme is proven by the fact that an annual contract is not required. We request two months to settle in, and we are ready to let the programme and our work stand on the basis of satisfactory results from month to month thereafter.

Bob Jennings is the principal owner of Jennings & Son Ltd and has been working within the cleaning industry for over 20 years. He first joined the British Institute of Cleaning Service in June 1985 when he was responsible for a number of very large contracts throughout Saudi Arabia including three Hospitals, Riyadh International Airport S.A. and Marriott Hotels S.A.Ltd. together with the Specialist Technical Cleaning Department of JASH Technical Service.  

Jennings & Son Ltd started trading some 18 years ago and has gone from strength to strength. We work in both the Domestic and Commercial field specialising in a number of areas such as Commercial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning , Stain removal, Hospital and Nursing Home Clinical Cleans, Deep Kitchen Cleans, Hydro Pool Cleans, Marble and Wood Cleans and Preservation.  

Jennings & Son Ltd are Full Members of Procleans the Professional Cleaners Organisation membership no. 488 and we fully follow there Code of Practice a copy of which is enclosed. The NCCA. National Carpet Cleaners Association.
